Michael Ruffing helped the 21st-ranked Presidents take the season series from Bethany over the weekend by collecting five hits in 11 at-bats. He also scored four runs and knocked in a pair.

He had two hits in each game of Saturday's doubleheader as the Washington & Jefferson leadoff hitter.

The Presidents' shortstop did not make an error in eight chances.
