Shipley put forth a strong effort at the Westminster Invitational on Saturday, April 8, with a win in the long jump (6.44m) in addition to a seventh-place finish in the triple jump (12.74m). His mark in the long jump ranks him third in the Presidents' Athletic Conference while his 12.74-meter finish in the triple jump is good for sixth in the conference.
