Platt improved to 3-1 overall in 2018 with a scoreless start in game two against Waynesburg on Wednesday. The junior righty tossed seven innings and allowed just two hits for a .095 opponent batting average. Platt walked three and struck out two in throwing his first scoreless start of the season, earning him his first career Presidents' Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week award.
