Krista McCartney was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference Softball Tournament  Most Outstanding Player on Friday after helping W&J win the program's third league title in history. 

McCartney was the winning pitcher in all three games Friday as the Presidents rallied from a tournament-opening loss to win four-straight games and captured the first conference championship since 2006. 

During the tournament, McCartney was 4-0 with a 0.83 earned-run average.  She pitched 25 1/3 innings and allowed just three runs on 17 hits.  Opponents batted just .185 against her during tournament and she struck out nine batters.
