Ratliff posted a pair of individual wins against Wheeling Jesuit, claiming the 100 and 200 freestyle events ... In the 100, he timed at 48.54 and scored a 1:50.38 in the 200 ... As a member of the 800 free relay, he helped W&J finish second with the fastest split on the team, 1:47.26.
