Washington & Jefferson College Athletics

Chelsea Apke averaged 17.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals during a 1-1 week for the Presidents last week.  She had 18 points, nine rebounds and five steals against the nation's fifth-ranked team, Thomas More, Saturday in Kentucky. 

During the week, Apke shot 65 percent (13-20) from the field and 82 percent (9-11) from the free throw line.  She enters this week five rebounds shy of 500 for her two-year W&J career and she eclipsed the 800-point plateau as a President at Thomas More (currently has 809).
