Women's Tennis improves to 8-1 with 5-4 win over Battlers

WASHINGTON, PA – Washington & Jefferson captured the 5-4 win in a nonconference matchup against Alderson Broaddus at home, due mostly to a 4-2 showing in singles play and supported by a 9-7 match win in doubles.

The win improves the Presidents to 8-1 on the season while they remain 4-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.

W&J will travel to Latrobe, Pa. to return to the PAC against Saint Vincent on Oct. 7 at 3:30 pm.
