WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss in its home opener against Frostburg State where the game score finals amounted to 25-10, 25-20, 25-22.
On offense against the Bobcats,
Nicole Bishwaty posted 13 kills and nine assists, while
Emily Toy wracked up 17 assists of her own.
Defensively,
Abigail Eich managed three blocks and
Allison Means contributed 24 digs.
The loss pushes the Presidents to an overall record of 3-3.
The Presidents volleyball team will face off against Bethany next, in a conference matchup on Sept. 16, at 7:00 pm in Bethany, W. Va.
