WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson women's tennis team dropped just eight sets total in a 9-0 defeat of Waynesburg at the Janet L. Swanson Tennis Center.
The victory improves W&J to 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference. Waynesburg falls to 1-8 this year and 1-5 in league play.
The Presidents will host Pitt-Greensburg on Friday, Oct. 7 for a 4:30 p.m. Senior Day match.
