ALLIANCE, Ohio -- The Mount Union women's tennis team downed its Washington & Jefferson counterparts by an 8-1 score in nonconference action.

The loss drops the Presidents to 4-2 overall this year, while the Purple Raiders improve to 2-0.

W&J returns to the court on Tuesday, Sept. 27 when it travels to Penn State Altoona for another nonconference match.
