WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson women's tennis team used an 8-1 victory over Penn State Altoona to celebrate its Senior Day on Saturday, Oct. 7, in nonconference action.

The W&J win moves the Presidents back to the .500-mark for the season, 6-6 overall, as the Lions fall to 7-5 this year.

The Presidents will return to the courts to face Presidents' Athletic Conference rival Grove City on Thursday, Oct. 12, at 3:30 p.m. in their final PAC match of the regular season.
