BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson men's basketball team was defeated by Geneva, 74-49, in a road Presidents' Athletic Conference contest on Wednesday night, Dec. 6.

Mitch DeZort (Tarentum, Pa./Highlands) led the W&J offense with eight points on 3-for-6 shooting from the field in 15 minutes off the bench to go along with three rebounds and an assist.

Amos Luptak (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley),
Matt Kanan (New Paltz, N.Y./New Paltz) and
Nicholas Campalong (Sewickley, Pa./Ambridge) each scored six points. Luptak added three rebounds and two assists to his line, Kanan hit on two of his four three-point attempts and Campalong added three dimes to the offensive effort.

The Presidents will continue PAC play when they host Grove City on Saturday, Dec. 9 for a 3 p.m. tip-off at the Henry Memorial Center.
