Tournament Bracket

DANBURY, Conn. -- Washington & Jefferson women's soccer will see its 2018 season continue, as it was selected to compete at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Women's Soccer Championship Tournament.

The Presidents will head to Westminster, Md., for a 2 p.m. first-round matchup against Pfeiffer (N.C.) on Saturday, Nov. 10. W&J's game will be played on the campus of McDaniel, as the Green Terror are the top seed in the Red & Black's opening-round pod.

W&J heads into Saturday's postseason match with a 9-8-2 overall record. The Presidents garnered the second-seed in the PAC Tournament with a 6-2 mark in conference. Today's selection is the Red & Black's first into the ECAC Tournament since the 2005 campaign.

Pfeiffer enters Saturday's tilt with a 12-2 overall record. The Falcons, who are one year removed from competing in Division II, ended the season on a seven-match win streak. Pfeiffer went 6-1 in the USA South, but was unable to compete in its conference tournament due to NCAA reclassifying rules.

The winner of Saturday's match will play the winner of the pod's opening match between McDaniel and Brevard on Sunday, Nov. 11.
