GREENVILLE, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson College women's tennis team earned a 7-2 road win at Thiel College Saturday afternoon in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match. 
The win improves W&J to 3-5 in conference play while Thiel falls to 1-7 in the league. The victory qualifies the Presidents for the upcoming PAC Tournament. 
W&J claimed all three doubles matches and four of the six singles contests. 
Nidhi Pulicherla (Chandler, Ariz./Hamilton) secured a pair of wins on Saturday. Pulicherla won 7-6, 6-1 at first singles. She also teamed with 
Pooja Potluri (West Fargo, N.D./West Fargo) to win by an 8-5 margin at the top doubles spots. 
Jaelyn Kennedy (Pottstown, Pa./Pottsgrove) also earned two victories Saturday in the win. Kennedy won by scores of 6-4, 6-3 at second singles. Kennedy then teamed with 
Gloria Johnson (Stafford, Va./Brooke Point) for an 8-6 victory at second doubles. 
Victoria Wilson (Butler, Pa./North Catholic) joined Pulicherla and Kennedy as two-time winners in the match. Wilson secured a straight-set win of her own in singles play, as she won 6-3, 6-3 at fourth singles. Wilson then joined 
Emma Humphrey (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills) for an 8-4 win at third doubles. 
W&J wraps up its regular season Sunday when they host Pitt-Greensburg at 1 p.m. for a non-conference match.
