This is the fourth time in the 2022 season that the Presidents have bested the Lions. Three of the four wins have come by a single goal.
PSU-Behrend opened up the first quarter hot, outscoring the Presidents by a 5-3 margin to head into the second quarter.
Laura Anthony (Erie, Pa./Villa Maria Academy),

Sydney Neumann (Long Beach, Calif./Millikan) all recorded a single goal in the opening quarter.
W&J scored four of the five goals in the second quarter. Gallardo-Russell and
Anastacia Didovich (Venice, Fla./Venice) scored two goals apiece for the Presidents to go into halftime leading by a 7-6 score.
The final two quarters were an intense battle for the winning goal, as the two teams each recorded three goals each in the third quarter and two goals apiece in the fourth quarter. Deprez, Didovich, and

DePrez would step up for the Presidents in the final quarter, recording the only two goals, which included the game-winning goal with two seconds remaining to give W&J the 12-11 victory.
Gallardo-Russell, DePrez, and Didovich all recorded hat tricks for the Red & Black.
