MARIETTA, Ohio -- The Washington & Jefferson men's soccer team fell by a 3-0 margin on the road to Marietta College in non-conference play Wednesday evening.
The Presidents (1-2) fell behind early as the host Pioneers (1-0-3) opened the scoring with a Elliot Britton score in the 10th minute. A few minutes later an own goal was accessed as Marietta strengthened its lead to 2-0 just 13 minutes into the game. The score remained 2-0 in favor of Marietta entering halftime.
Jovonni Auddino found the back of the net in the 62nd minute, scoring off an assist from Jacob Roberto to make it 3-0 Marietta.

Charles Boldosser (Westminster, Md./South Carroll) made a season-high eight saves.
Gannon Ryan (McAlisterville, Pa./East Juniata) logged W&J's lone shot on goal Wednesday night.
W&J hosts Capitol University for a non-league tilt on Saturday, Sept. 10. Start time is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Alexandre Stadium.
