INDIANA, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson College Swimming & Diving team traveled to Division II Indiana University of Pennsylvania for a non-conference meet Saturday.
Logan Marks (West Mifflin, Pa./West Mifflin) continued his impressive start to the season by picking up a victory in the 100 Breaststroke. Marks outpaced a pair of Division II swimmers with a time of 1:00.25 to take the top spot.
Aiden Marks (West Mifflin, Pa./West Mifflin) logged a time of 23.74 in the 50 Free to finish just off the pace in third place. Marks later posted a time of 53.78 in the 100 Free.
Daniel Jeffries (Irwin, Pa./Hempfield Area) recorded a time of 52.73 in the 100 Free.
Nathaniel Harden (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield Area) was fourth in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:04.92.
Will Angus (Grafton, W.Va. / Grafton) was W&J's top finisher in the diving events. Angus logged scores of 138.60 in the One-Meter Dives and 123.00 in the Three-Meter Dives.
Luna Balzano (El Portal, Fla. / Broward Virtual School) clocked in with a time of 27.20 in the 50 Free. Balzano later added a time of 1:10.05 in the 100 Butterfly.
Morgan Baughman (West Newton, Pa. / Mount Pleasant) finished with a time of 1:00.54 in the 100 Free.
Following four-straight weekends of competition, W&J has next weekend off. The Presidents return to competition at the Malone Invitational on Nov. 16-17-18.
