KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Washington & Jefferson College women's soccer team received recognition from the United Soccer Coaches for the 12th-straight year for the team's academic excellence in 2025-26.
 
The Presidents compiled a 3.52 cumulative team grade-point average and were among the 451 women's teams honored with a 2025-26 Team Academic Award. W&J was one of 175 schools to have both its men's and women's programs recognized with team honors by the United Soccer Coaches.
 
The Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster for the 2025-26 academic year.
 
W&J had 14 student-athletes named to the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll after compiling a 3.60 or higher GPA.
 
The 2026 regular season commences with a season-opening road trip against Marietta on Tuesday (Sept. 1).
