WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson College women's tennis team earned a 6-1 win over the Seton Hill Griffins of NCAA Division II.

At No. 3 doubles, sophomore Austyn Paugh (Jane Lew, W.Va./Notre Dame) and junior captain Mackenzie Gumto (Renfrew, Pa./Knoch) secured a 6-3 victory. The Presidents took this momentum into singles play and successfully won all six opening sets. Ross picked up a straightforward 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 singles. Sophomore Bella Graham (Altoona, Pa./Altoona Area) picked up another W&J point with a 6-2, 6-0 win at the No. 4 position. At the No. 6 spot, Paugh battled to a 6-4, 6-4 straight sets victory.
