In addition, Mountain has served as an Assistant Athletic Director within the athletic department since July of 2015.

Mountain has helped W&J win 12 Presidents' Athletic Conference baseball titles and the 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 squads earned spots in the NCAA Division III Tournament field. In addition, W&J secured the 2006 and 2007 ECAC Division III Tournament Championships in the postseason.

W&J has hosted the league tournament at Ross Memorial Park 13 times in the past 15 years. In Mountain's 23 years, W&J has finished as the PAC regular-season champion 17 times.

Mountain led the 2017 team to the program's first NCAA Division III Mideast Regional title and the first trip to the Division III Baseball Championship in Appleton, Wis. Under Mountain's guidance, the Presidents again reached the Division III Baseball Championship in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 2019. The Presidents swept through the Salisbury Regional by beating the host #10 Sea Gulls before knocking off 11th ranked Rowan University twice. W&J then earned a road sweep over Misericordia University in the Super Regional round to advance to the College World Series. For his efforts, Mountain was named 2019 ABCA Division III Mideast Co-Coach of the Year.

A regular sweep over Grove City gave W&J the right to secure the top seed for the league tournament. The season was highlighted by wins over four NCAA Tournament qualifiers - a home win over Mount Union on Feb. 26, a sweep of Marymount on March 10, a sweep of Grove City on April 2 and a non-conference road victory over Baldwin Wallace on April 10. Marsico became the eighth President to earn the award since 2009, including the third straight. Marsico, Mullen Socha and Mitchell Taufer gained All-Mideast Region accolades from D3baseball.com. Marsico and Socha were All-ECAC First Team picks while James Artale was named to the Second Team. Socha became W&J's seventh All-America selection when he garnered Second Team honors from the ABCA. In 2013, the Presidents captured their second-straight PAC regular-season title and claimed the conference tournament crown for the first time since 2009.  W&J’s 9-3 victory over Thomas More in the PAC Championship game earned Mountain the 300th victory of his career.  The Presidents placed third among the eight competing teams at the NCAA Mideast Regional in Terre Haute, Indiana, the program's best showing in the NCAA Division III Tournament to that point.

The 2012 squad broke W&J’s regular-season victories record (36) and the PAC record with 21 league wins, while earning its third bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament in four years. During the season, W&J attained the highest ranking in school history, as it ranked 14th in the D3baseball.com Top 25 poll.

In 2006, Mountain guided the Presidents to a 34-13 overall record and a No. 5 ranking in the NCAA Division III Mideast Region.
