Josh Crummer '19 returns for his seventh year on the coaching staff in 2026. After joining the W&J staff in August of 2019, he has helped the Presidents maintain its strong tradition of success.
During his time on Coach Mountain's staff, W&J has recorded four PAC championships (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024).
W&J put together another 30-plus win campaign during the 2024 season. The Presidents captured their fifth-straight conference title and advanced to NCAA Regionals once again. W&J went 34-14 overall and 16-4 in league play. As a team, W&J ranked third in doubles and 11th in hits among all D-III schools during the season.
The Red and Black compiled a 32-14 overall record and a 17-3 mark in conference play in 2023. The Presidents captured the PAC title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for a 10th time in program history.
The Presidents finished with a 37-10 overall record and a 25-2 conference mark in 2022. W&J posted a 23-3 record at Ross Memorial Park and advanced into the NCAA Tournament for a ninth time.
The Red and Black finished with a 37-3 overall record and won its 13th PAC title during the 2021 season. The 37 wins were the third most in a single season in program history.
Crummer appeared in 92 games during his four-year playing career with the Presidents. He earned All-PAC First Team honors during his senior season. Crummer recorded a .329 batting average with 36 RBI and 32 runs scored in 2019. His 18 doubles tied for the most among conference players.
Crummer also ranked among the top 10 in the PAC in RBI, hits, walks and total bases. During his senior season, Crummer was honored as the PAC Hitter of the Week on April 22 and named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week on April 23.
Crummer graduated from W&J in May of 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Crummer then added a Masters of Science in Sports Management from West Virginia University in 2021.
