Following a successful collegiate career, Peter Kalinski '22 joined the coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the baseball program in 2023. 

Kalinski, the 2022 Presidents' Athletic Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-PAC pick, compiled a .356 batting average with six doubles, five home runs, 41 RBI and 42 runs scored.

His 42 runs scored were the most among PAC players, while his on-base percentage (.469) and RBIs ranked fifth in the PAC. Kalinski was terrific in run-producing situations, hitting .404 with runners in scoring position and totaling 16 two-out RBIs. He ranked seventh in NCAA Division III with eight sacrifice flies. Kalinski also played a valuable role in handling the pitching staff. Kalinski - also earned D3baseball.com All-Region 7 honors (Second Team - Catcher) and was named ABCA All-Region 7 (Second Team - Catcher). 

He appeared in 110 games (110 starts) and finished his career with a .333 batting average and .444 on-base percentage. He also earned All-PAC First Team status as a junior in 2021. Kalinski was known for his strong defensive work, as he finished his career with a .994 fielding percentage. 

Kalinski, a 2022 W&J graduate received his degree in Economics. He currently works full time at Incline Recruiting as a Recruitment Executive.
