Bubash joined the baseball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the 2019 season. Bubash is responsible for working with the infielders. 

W&J has won the PAC Championship in each of his five seasons on staff. 

He brings a wealth of experience both to as a coach and player to the staff. Bubash was a four-year starter collegiately, splitting time between Edinboro University and West Liberty State University. He was appointed a team captain with the Hilltoppers during his senior season. 

During his junior season at West Liberty, the team advanced for the College World Series. During that season, Bubash compiled a team-leading .406 batting average. 

As a coach, Bubash has served various coaching roles with West Liberty State University, South Hills Baseball Club, Keystone Oaks High School and Rinngold High School. Since April 2008, he has managed the Mon Valley Miners. His son, Koby, plays collegiately at Slippery Rock University.
