Randolph comes to W&J with a wide array of coaching experience at multiple levels across the NCAA.

Her most recent collegiate coaching experience came as head coach at Division II Mercyhurst University from September 2020 through March of 2023. Her teams earned four NFHCA Senior All-Star Game recipients.

"I am truly honored to join the Washington and Jefferson College Athletics family and beyond excited to lead the Field Hockey program as the next Head Coach," Randolph said. "I would like to thank Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Athletics; Scott McGuinness, Vice President of Student Life & Dean of Students; Eva Chatterjee-Sutton, and the entire search committee for entrusting me with this incredible opportunity and believing in the vision that we share for the program. W&J field hockey has a rich history of success both on and off the field and I am confident that together we can continue to add to this legacy. I am thrilled to get started and can't wait to work alongside the exceptional W&J student-athletes and see all that we can accomplish. Go Presidents!"
