    Volunteer Assistant Coach (Defensive Line)
Mike Williams '19 joined the W&J football staff as a volunteer coach for the 2022 season. He continues to work with the defensive line and special teams units.

Williams was a two-time All-PAC honoree during his playing days with the Presidents. He earned All-America honors from the Associated Press (Second Team) and D3football.com (Honorable Mention) following his senior season in 2019. Williams was named a D3football.com All-South Region First Team selection and was named a finalist for the Cliff Harris Award, which is presented annually to the top small college defensive player of the year representing NCAA Division II, III, and NAIA universities. 

He helped propel W&J to a come-from-behind win over Ithaca in the 2019 ECAC Asa S. Bushnell Bowl. He was named Most Valuable Player, as the senior defensive lineman recorded six tackles, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and his first career interception against the Bombers. Williams finished his senior season with 11 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss as he earned All-PAC First Team honors.  

Williams has helped serve his country since 2014 as a reservist in the U.S. Army. 

Williams graduated from W&J with a degree in accounting in December of 2019. He is employed full time by KPMG as a Tech Assurance Senior Associate.
