Shawn Glosek enters his second season after returning to Washington & Jefferson College as the offensive coordinator in 2025.

Glosek naided the W&J offense to their 27th Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth. In 2024, the Presidents' offense ranked ninth in passing offense (312.5), 10th in total offense (479.4), fifth in third down conversion percentage (0.555) and total first downs (295) in all of NCAA Division III. With quarterback Jacob Pugh and wide receivers John Peduzzi and Jacob Macosko, the W&J offense posted their highest scoring output since 2007 in a 73-21 victory over Geneva. Glosek was also awarded the Hansen Ratings Coordinator of the Week following their victory ver the Golden Tornadoes.

No stranger to the W&J Football program, Glosek first joined the staff in the fall of 2020 as an intern assistant coach working with the quarterbacks and tight ends before being promoted to the passing game coordinator.

Glosek spent the Spring 2024 season at Ohio Northern as the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach.  Prior to that experience, he spent the 2023 season as the running backs coach at Valdosta State, helping the program to the Gulf South championship and a trip to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals.

Glosek originally came to W&J from Dickinson College, where he served as the wide receivers coach since June 2019. He coach two All-Centennial Conference wide receivers during the 2019 season with the Red Devils. He oversaw the recruitment of student-athletes from Scranton, Pa. and Central Pa. in addition to student-athletes from Illinois and California.

Prior to his time at Dickinson, Glosek worked in roles at Lehigh University and Kutztown University. Before that he was an assistant coach for Bethlehem Catholic High School, who earned the District XI Championship and reached the PIAA Semifinals in 2017. He worked primarily with the offensive line and special teams unit while at Bethlehem Catholic.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from Kutztown University in 2019.
