Sean Kulczyk joined W&J as an intern assistant coach for the W&J men's lacrosse team in 2019.
Kulczyk last coached at DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., where he spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the Tigers. In his time at DePauw, he served as both the defensive coordinator and goalie coach.
Prior to heading to DePauw, Kulczyk was an assistant coach at Missouri Baptist University. He was again served as the team's goalie coach, in addition to assisting as the offensive coordinator.
Kulczyk owns a B.A. in Sports Management from Fontbonne University, where he played his undergraduate career. He graduated from Missouri Baptist with a master's degree in Sports Management in 2016.
