Cameron Scott

Cameron Scott is in his second season with the Washington & Jefferson men's soccer coaching staff in 2016 as the intern assistant coach.

Scott arrives in Washington after serving as an assistant coach during the summer of 2015 with the Oakland United Football Club, a minor league team based in Rochester Hills, Mich.

Before joining the Oakland United, he served as an intern with Global Premier Soccer in Boston, Mass., where he coached at camps and assisted with day-to-day operations. He was also the co-camp director at the Kenyon College (Ohio)/Mount Vernon Sting camp in the summer of 2014, where he was responsible for coordinating the camp of 80 children aged 7-14.

A 2015 graduate of Kenyon with a degree in Political Science, Scott is proficient in Spanish and studied in Barcelona during his undergraduate tenure. A four-year member of the Lords' soccer team, he started at outside defender and also saw time at outside midfield and forward during his career, twice earning All-Ohio and All-North Coast Athletic Conference accolades.

The Bloomfield Hills, Mich. native played four year scholastically at Cranbrook Kingswood High School, earning All-State, -Region, -District and -Conference awards.
