Haley Ashner, a 2017 graduate of W&J, enters her second season on the Swimming & Diving staff after joining the 2024-25 season.
Ashner aided development of PAC Men's Diver of the Year Zach Lloyd in 2024-25. Lloyd was the first W&J diver to make NCAA Diving Regionals since Taylor Weyrich in the 2021-22 season.
Ashner, no stranger to the program, competed as a diver for four seasons during her time as an undergraduate at W&J.
She served as a team captain during her senior season of 2016-17. The Presidents put together a 12-2 overall record that season. Ashner qualified for NCAA Regionals and finished second in the one-meter dives in the PAC Championship finals.
Ashner earned a bachelor of science in Psychology and minored in Spanish. Ashner went on to earn a bachelor of science in Nursing in 2022. She works full time as a Registered Nurse UPMC Children's Hospital.
