After serving as a volunteer diving coach for one season, Coach Hillman moved into the role of head diving coach for the W&J swimming team in 2019-20. 

Coach Hillman is an active member of USA Diving and Member AAU. 

Hillman graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from Buffalo State College in 2001. In his professional career, Todd has worked as a media and web designer in Western PA since 2001.
