Bre Gleason, a former PAC champion as a student-athlete, has assisted the coaching staff at W&J since the 2018 season.
Gleason served as the team's Intern Assistant Coach during the 2018 season. The Presidents finished with an 8-10 conference record during that campaign. Gleason has helped on a volunteer/part-time basis since the 2019 season.
Prior to her time coaching at W&J, Gleason served as Assistant Softball Coach at Bluffton University from August 2016 through December of 2017.
Gleason completed her Master of Arts in Organization Management at Bluffton University in May of 2017, graduating with a 3.9 grade-point average. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies in May, 2015, with a minor in Art History and a thematic emphasis in Irish Studies.
She also spent four years as an outfielder on the W&J softball team and was named team captain for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Gleason appeared in 149 games in her four-year career, 148 starts, and compiled 86 hits, 56 runs and 34 RBI. W&J earned the PAC Championship in 2014.
Gleason works full-time at Development Dimensions International (DDI) as a Global Engagement Specialist.
