Bacha joins the women’s soccer program after spending three years as the head coach of the U12 Boys Victory Soccer Club and the Trinity Middle School Boys Soccer programs.
During her time with both programs Bacha oversaw rigorous practices which instilled the love of the sports by developing training programs, running fitness circuits and encouraging proper nutrition. She also maintained the upkeep and organization of all operations and equipment.
Bacha also worked as a soccer coach for the Conneaut Area City Schools from 2007-13. In that same time, she worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Conneaut Area High School. In 2012, Bacha was named Northeastern Conference Soccer Coach of the Year.
A former student-athlete at Division I Youngstown State University, Bacha competed on the Penguins’ women’s soccer program from 2001-06. While at Youngstown State, Bacha earned her bachelor’s degree in physical education.
Bacha currently holds a position as a Physical Education Teacher at Ringgold High School.
