Reilly Parker

Reilly Parker joined the W&J volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2022 season. 

She was a four-year member and starting libero of the volleyball program at Presidents' Athletic Conference member Bethany College. The Bison claimed PAC titles during Parker's sophomore and senior seasons. A three-time All-PAC First Team performer, Parker concluded her career at Bethany as one of the top defensive players in program history.

Parker was the PAC Rookie of the Year and an All-PAC First Team selection in 2015 when she led the PAC with 741 digs and 63 service aces. The Bison made the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time when Parker was a sophomore. She was again an All-PAC First Team pick again as a junior with a conference-leading 757 digs and 59 service aces.

She completed her senior season with 641 digs and 34 service aces when she helped the Bison upset top-seeded Westminster in straight sets for the PAC title, which clinched the program’s second NCAA Tournament berth. Parker left Bethany with 2,509 digs and 195 service assists, both totals rank second in Bison history.

Parker earned her bachelor of science in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from Bethany.

She currently works as a special education teacher at Wheeling Middle School. Parker serves as a club coach for the Ohio Valley Volleyball Company as well, and was named Coach of the Year in 2022.
