Justin Kassab joined the W&J water polo programs as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2023-24 academic year.
Kassab served as head coach of the Salem University women's team from 2017 through 2022. He started the program from the ground up and led the squad to a 64-53 overall record during his tenure. Salem earned the WWPA Championship and postseason appearances in 2021 and 2022. He earned WWPA Coach of the Year and Division II Coach of the Year honors in both of those seasons.
He had 12 all-americans, 45 academic all-americans and 16 players receive all-conference honors during his tenure at Salem.
Kassab earned his bachelors degree in English/Film from Slippery Rock University in 2009. He then added masters degrees in Creative Writing from Wilkes in 2013 and a masters of business administration from Salem University in 2018.
