Hipkins, a 2024 graduate, returned to W&J in the spring of 2025 as the first of the three assistant coaches added to the women’s soccer program.
 
Hipkins enjoyed a successful playing career for the Red and Black as a goalkeeper. A four-year member of the program, Hipkins finished her career with 161 career saves, 32 career starts and a 14-9-9 record. Hipkins ranks third all-time in program history in career shutouts with 14. In her final season in 2023, she was selected to the All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference Second Team.
 
Outside of her playing time on the pitch, Hipkins also spent years coaching soccer. Most recently, she wrapped a season coaching with the Chartiers Houston High School Girls Varsity program. She completed duties as one of the assistant coaches, mainly focusing on the goalkeepers for the 2024 season.
 
Hipkins has also worked with the Beadling Soccer Club since the summer of 2022. As a coach for ages 8-12, she challenged players to grow in developing their goalkeeping skills while promoting a safe and competitive learning environment.
 
Hipkins earned her bachelor’s degree from W&J in the field of early childhood education with an emphasis in special education. She currently works at Allison Park Elementary School as a fifth-grade learning support teacher.
