Andrew Cregan was hired by the W&J football staff as Assistant Coach (Offensive Coordinator) in April of 2026. 

Cregan spent the past four seasons at his alma mater, Baldwin Wallace University, where he recently served as quarterbacks coach and recruiting coordinator during the 2025 season. B-W put together an 8-2 overall record last fall. The Yellow Jackets had the second best red zone offense in the country at 96.2 percent and also ranked second in Division III in third down conversion rate (58.1 percent). 

Cregan was a three year letterwinner that appeared in 15 games at punter, tight end, and wide receiver during his playing days with the Yellow Jackets. 

Off the field, he was a three-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection, College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) All-District 7 first-team selection, Dean’s List Student, Jacket Scholar, and a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society. Cregan served as an athletics department gameday intern and one season as a student-coach for the women’s basketball program. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters' in Sport Management.
