WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson volleyball team suffered a 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-14) setback against league-leader Thomas More at Henry Memorial Gymnasium.
The Presidents fall to 12-9 on the year and 6-8 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference. The Saints improve to 22-3 this season and 12-1 in league action.
Alexis Hilzendeger was one shy of the match high with nine kills.
Nicole Bishwaty added seven and
Taylor Freeman chipped in five.
Megan Stoehr had a team-best 12 assists.
Allison Means led W&J with 19 digs and Bishwaty totaled 14 digs and three blocks.
Lindsey Bennett recorded four blocks.
The Presidents host Grove CIty at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
