WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Presidents dropped a senior night match against Geneva 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-16) at Henry Memorial Gymnasium.
With the loss, the Washington & Jefferson volleyball team moves to 13-11 on the season with a 7-10 mark in the Presidents' Athletic Conference. W&J's playoff hopes will come down to the final match of the season at Saint Vincent on Saturday, Nov. 1. The Golden Tornadoes improve to 21-8 this year and 14-2 in PAC play.
Taylor Freeman and
Nicole Bishwaty led in kills with seven and six apiece. Freeman posted a .217 hitting percentage.
Megan Stoehr collected 12 assists and
Sarah Stedina notched two service aces.
Lindsey Bennett recorded four blocks and
Allison Means totaled 15 digs.
