WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson men's soccer team got goals from four different players and a combined shutout from its keepers in a 4-0 win over Franciscan.
The win moves the Presidents to 3-4 on the season while the Barons drop to 2-5-1 in 2014.
The first goal came when

Justin Carter and went middle-middle past the keeper, 2-0.
Carter added his third goal of the season 12:25 into the second half off a Menni cross that Carter pulled down to the ground with his chest and finished from the middle of the box.
Paul Boerema wrapped up the scoring with a goal at the 84:30-mark after he stole a Franciscan pass around the edge of the box and snuck one inside the left post.
W&J tripled Franciscan's shot totals with 24 compared to eight. Carter led the Presidents with five shots, with Menni adding four and
Brian Hanna tallying three.
