How it Happened: With a strong team effort W&J was able to defeat Division I George Washington in overtime, 15-14. Â
Nicholas Willison led the team in goals with four, closely followed by
Benjamin McGrath and
Patrick Fredrick, each with three.
Joshua Emde got on the board with two while
Tyler Willison,
Owen Hanna and
Brent Trewhella each contributed with one, to help tie with George Washington 13-13 at the end of the fourth quarter.

Top Performers: Fredrick secured the game-winning goal with 1:34 left in overtime to make it a 15-14 final.
Mac Hennessy was a strong foundation for his team to depend on, making 15 saves.

The Rest: Washington & Jefferson was able to capitalize first in overtime thanks to McGrath's goal at 2:07. George Washington then retaliated at 1:34 to tie the game once again, this time at 14-14.
