WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Washington & Jefferson men's soccer team tied with Waynesburg, 0-0, on Tuesday night, Oct. 11 and now hold a 4-5-2 overall record with a 0-2-1 Presidents' Athletic Conference record.

The Presidents were able to come away with more scoring chances in the game, outshooting the Yellow Jackets 15-7 as well as holding a 5-3 edge in shots on goal.

Jason Menni (McKees Rocks, Pa./Montour) and
Garrett French (Palm, Pa./Homeschooled) led the Presidents' offense with three shots apiece with Menni putting one on goal while
Scott Hanna (Allison Park, Pa./Shaler Area) got two shots off with one on goal.
Kyle Wisniewski (Green Bay, Wisc./South West),
Jason Yobbi (South Park, Pa./South Park) and
Justin Nolfi (Irwin, Pa./Greensburg Central Catholic) also each recorded a shot on goal.

Nick Stasko (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) (2-3-2) played all 110 minutes in net for the Presidents and made three saves while James Snyder (3-9-1) also played the duration of the game, making five saves for the Yellow Jackets.

The Presidents return to the pitch on Saturday, Oct. 15, when they host Bethany for a 3 p.m. PAC matchup.
