How it Happened:Â Men's Water Polo claimed a third-place finish at the CWPA Division III Eastern Championships with a 12-9 triumph over Monmouth (Ill.).

Tyler Willison (Rockford, Mich./Rockford) scored three times.

The Rest: Fredrick scored twice while Smith, Geister and Spehar each scored once to round out the scoring. The Presidents trailed the Fighting Scots, 4-2, after the first quarter but outscored them 10-5 over the final three quarters to finish off the win. Following the tournament, both Willisons and Fredrick were named to the all-tournament team.
What's Next: The Presidents will return to Erie, Pa. on Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6, for the Western Varsity Championships with opponents and game times yet to be determined.
