Kyle Heinig and
Devon Curran each scored multiple goals as the Washington & Jefferson men's lacrosse team encountered a 14-8 setback against Otterbein on Saturday.

Kyle Heinig netted a hat trick and moved his season goal total to 22 on the year, while
Devon Curran added two goals -- increasing his total to 14 for the season. Heinig's multi-goal game is his sixth of the year and Curran's fourth.

Bryan Whipkey each contributed a goal.

The Presidents recorded 25 shots on goal to Cardinals' 30. However, W&J outshot Otterbein 14-12 in the second half. Otterbein recorded 42 ground balls to the Red & Black's 35, as well as controlled more faceoffs, 16-7.

Jacob Succop recorded 16 saves on 30 shots on target, matching his season average, 16.0 per contest.

Washington & Jefferson drops to 1-9 overall this year and the Cardinals improve to 6-4 this season.
