NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- A total of 15 players recorded at least one point, but the Washington & Jefferson men's basketball team dropped an 85-56 decision at Westminster in Presidents' Athletic Conference play.
Freshman
Mitch DeZort (Tarentum Pa./Highlands) led the Presidents with a season-high eight points, including knocking down both three-point attempts he took. The freshman also added two rebounds and two steals.
Sean Stinelli (Harrison City, Pa./Penn-Trafford) and
Jonathan DeVito (Pittsburgh, Pa./Pittsburgh Central Catholic) each chipped in six points, as Stinelli hit two triples and grabbed four rebounds, and DeVito added a three-pointer of his own.
Senior
Brian Lindquist (Narvon, Pa./Pequea Valley) and
Brian Graytok (Greensburg, Pa./Greensburg Central Catholic) led the team with five rebounds each, with Graytok also handing out a team-best three assists.
W&J will return to the court on Wednesday, Dec. 6, with a 7 p.m. PAC game at Geneva.
