Ian Geister (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) recorded a hat trick as he scored one goal in the first quarter and two in the second.
Tyler Francis (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley), Spehar and
Dylan Gwinn (Baltimore, Md./Mount St. Joseph) each scored one goal to round out the W&J scoring in the game.

Chonghwi Yoon (Seoul, South Korea/Pennington School (N.J.)) also had a strong game, scoring once in the second and fourth quarters and twice in the third to total four goals.
The Rest:Â Spehar recorded a hat trick in the game, scoring once in the first, second and fourth quarters while Francis and Gwinn both scored once to round out the scoring in the game.

How it Happened:Â W&J wrapped up play on the first MAWPC-West weekend with a 16-9 loss against Mercyhurst.
Top Performers: Smith continued his hot scoring streak from the weekend, pouring in six goals, including at least one in each quarter, and a hat trick in the fourth period. Yoon added a pair of goals and Gwinn found the back of the net once in the fourth.
What's next: W&J will host an exhibition match against Mt. St. Antonio (Calif.) at 12 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1, before taking part in the Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III Championship at MIT on Oct. 14-15.
