HIRAM, Ohio -- A pair of second-half goals were the difference in a 2-0 defeat to Hiram for the Washington & Jefferson College men's soccer team on Saturday evening.
The Presidents (2-3) and Terriers (3-2-1) went back and fourth in a scoreless first half that saw Hiram outshoot W&J 7-2.
The Presidents managed an early header by
Joey Feola (Carnegie, Pa./Central Catholic) and a shot on frame by
Alvaro Viadas (Burgos, Spain) that was turned back in the 14

Junior goalkeeper
Ian Donlon (Latham, N.Y./Albany Academies) made a pair of saves at the beginning and end of the half to preserve the scoreless tie.
