WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson College football program unveiled the dates and times for its 10-game schedule for the upcoming 2021 season on Wednesday afternoon. 

The schedule consists of nine games against Presidents' Athletic Conference opponents and a non-conference contest that will serve as the season-opener for the 2021 campaign. W&J will host four games at Cameron Stadium and hit the road for the other six regular season contests. Four of the first five games will be played on the road.

W&J opens the slate with a challenging road game on Sept. 4 at John Carroll University. JCU finished the 2019 season with a 9-1 record and suffered its lone defeat against perennial Division III power Mount Union. The Presidents open PAC play a week later when they travel to Thiel College for an afternoon game on Sept. 11. 

On Sept. 18, the Presidents host Bethany College for the home opener under the lights of Cameron Stadium at 6 p.m. W&J hits the road in back-to-back weeks when they face Case Western Reserve  on Sept. 25 and Geneva on Oct. 2. 

Saint Vincent travels to Cameron Stadium for a PAC matchup with W&J on Oct. 9. The Presidents face the Bearcats in the annual Homecoming game at 2 p.m. 

After the open date in the schedule on Oct. 16, W&J hosts Westminster as part of Hall of Fame Weekend on Oct. 23. The Presidents then travel to Grove City on Oct. 30 and head to Pittsburgh to face Carnegie Mellon in the final scheduled road game on Nov. 6. 

W&J hosts Waynesburg as part of PAC Rivalry Week on Nov. 13. The game will also serve as Senior Day for the Presidents.
