SEATTLE, Wash. -- The Washington & Jefferson men's water polo team put six members of its team on the MPSF/6-8 Sports Men's Water Polo All-Academic Team, which was released this week.
The six team members who made the list were
AJ Alderman (Camp Hill, Pa. / Cumberland Valley),
Ryan Bannon (Broomfield, Colo. / Broomfield),
Caine Dusza (Souderton, Pa. / Souderton),
Andrew Edwards (Bexley, Ohio / St. Charles Prep),
Aidan Johnson (Nassau, Bahamas / Windsor) and
Alex Lee (Los Angeles, Calif. / Eagle Rock).
Student-athletes were nominated for this award by their institutions based on the following criteria:
- 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average.
- Student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically.
- Student-athlete must have completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season for which the award is being received.
- Student-athlete must have competed in fifty percent or more of the institution's competition in the student-athlete's respective sport.
