WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Washington & Jefferson men's soccer team dropped a non-conference matchup Tuesday evening to visiting Penn State Harrisburg by a 6-1 score.

The loss drops the Presidents to 3-5-4 overall while they remain at 2-1-3 in conference play.

Sophomore Ethan Bowser (Elizabeth, Pa. / Elizabeth Forward) would score the lone goal for the presidents less than two minutes into the game.

Senior McKinley Joseph (Stamford, Conn. / King School) would fire the next shot of the game in the ninth minute of play.

The Lions would then find their first goal of the contest early in the 18th minute before McKinley put up what would be the last shot for the Red & Black in the frame in the late second of the 18th minute.

Penn State Harrisburg would go on to notch another three goals in the 27th, 32nd and 44th minutes to come away with the 4-1 lead to end the first half.

The Lions then found the back of the net twice more in the 58th and 64th minutes to secure the 6-1 lead before the Presidents shut them out for the remainder of the match.
