TRAFFORD, Pa. – Washington & Jefferson College football senior quarterback Kellan Stahl (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) has been selected as the Presidents' Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Oct. 27).  This is the second time this season that Stahl has been selected for this award.
 
Stahl had a record-setting performance in his two and a half quarters of play in a 56-0 victory over Waynesburg. Stahl broke the NCAA Division III record for highest completion percentage in a game with a minimum of 20 attempts, going 27-for-28 (96.4%) on the day for 408 yards and five touchdowns. The record was previously held by two John Carroll quarterbacks, most recently Nick Semptimphelter, who broke the record this season with a 96.2% completion percentage (25-for-26).
 
W&J Football returns to the Cameron Stadium gridiron next Saturday (Nov. 1) for a Presidents' Athletic Conference matchup under the lights against Case Western Reserve. Kickoff is set for a 6:05 p.m. start.
